[ As Yorkshire Brewing Polar Beer ].Light unclear medium orange color with a average, open and frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, spicy, cinnamon ! ginger, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, spiced and hop bitter, cinnamon, ginger, spiced, aple malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20160219]
