Sweet, juicy and ripeish fruity with some tropical notes, mango, pineapple, peaches, floral notes and fluffy body.

Tall can from Winerack at home after dinner at Brut. Hazy thick medium yellow pour. Aroma is very fizzy pithy green apple, white grape, tropical unripe pineapple and guava. Taste is bitter pith and green apple with citrus and green guava. Maybe less tropical on the taste. Palate is rich and frothy but not overly so. Heavy alcohol pith on the finish, lasting warmth. At first I didn’t love it but it grew on me. Very green. Very good. Not as good as the A Taste of the Glory (I think that’s the name?) DIPA I just had from Wood Brothers though. Love that they have so many DIPAs.
