Mango Matcha Madness Double IPA balances sweet mango with the refreshing, earthy notes of matcha green tea. A generous dose of mango puree gives a thick, hazy body which is rounded off by a dry hop of Galaxy and Riwaka hops and matcha green tea powder from Japan. This huge beer explodes with a wonderful combination of flavours.

Can from Winerack at home. Saw on Instagram today and bought right away - sounds interesting and I’ve enjoyed the tea-infused IPAs I’ve had. Aroma is very strong mango juice, like a boxed drink, with slight tea underneath but might just be power of suggestion. Taste is sharp, tart, bitter. Very strong and a bit unpleasant unfortunately. Some mango juiciness after the initial wave. Palate is smooth. Fuzzy NEIPA finish. Would love to try v2 but this isn’t quite there yet.
