Bottle from Brewcraft at home. Hazy opaque light peachy yellow pour with thin dissipating white head. Aroma is slight Brett funk, vinous dry white wine dominates - combo of the Nelson sauvin and barrel aging? - some mango and citrus too. Taste is sharp citrus bitter with strong funk, but balanced. Wine barrels add a nice complexity. Citrus peeks through at the end. Fuzzy bitter finish. Limited carbonation. Some boozy warmth. Good! Definitely worth a try if the concept piques your interest, and even if it doesn’t. It’s a good take on the idea.
