On the nose dried fruits, caramel and toffee, these follow through on the palate with saison yeast expressing itself to give a little spice and a dry finish.

Can from Brewcraft at home at Sofar. Hazy cola brown pour with dissipating light tan head. Kind of like a schwarzbier. Aroma is very saison-y; bright lemon peel, dried apricot, coriander, clove, with some roasted sweet coffee. Taste is sharp earthy bitterness, lemon peel, clove, banana, earthy coffee. Interesting. Bracingly bitter and quite carbonated but not too frothy for me like some saisons. Probably good with roasted vegetables and meats. Slight nutty/coffee vibe is a good twist.
