Bottle from Brewcraft at home. Have had before and really liked. Dark translucent copper-ruby pour with minimal white head. Aroma is warm heavy zesty saison with some bourbon and vanilla - nice. Taste is what you’d expect in a great way: spicy, clove, nutmeg, bourbon, wood, alcohol, earthy bitterness, caramel. Zingy palate with low carbonation, lasting bitter warmth. Very nice. Great concept and well executed. Would love to see more aged saisons.
