On the nose the traditional bananna & clove coming from the yeast are most prominant, there's also hints of candy bubblegum. On the palate the hops come through with beautiful stonefruit, peach playing a key role.

Can from Brewcraft at home. Dull/muddy hazy yellow pour with fine white head. Several Carbon Brews beers seem to share this look. Aroma is weizen-y, banana, clove, but also nice tangerine and dankness. Good amount of hoppiness. Taste has strong weizen character, but with big NEIPA-ish juicy citrus hoppiness. Mandarin zest and alcohol finish. Best part is that the palate is light and smooth, not frothy weizen style that I don’t like. A style that’s not my favorite but I like this take - hoppy and boozy. Very drinkable. Would get again and pair with spicy food.
