Backlog January 2017. Unclear salmon-red body under a small pale pinkish head. Aroma has mild acidic cherry and red berries in general. Taste is fresh and berry’ish with cherry, cherry stone and hint of marzipan. Medium body and same fruity aftertaste. Quite refreshing and balanced sweet/acidic fruit beer, still feels a bit one-dimensional on the berry side.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L's place. Thanks Lior D. Deep red, frothy pinkish head. Candy-ish cherries, some funk, oxidation note, sour and sweetish, yogurt, caramel, a bit lemony. Over-carbonated.

Bottle 50 cl. Clear, pale pinkish with a tiny, white head. Very discreet berry aroma. Medium body, tart cherry notes and a high carbonation - almost champagne like. Interesting and refreshing. 271217

Tap at SKAAL, thanks Jens! Pours dark ruby red, some hint of pink foam on top - but just a hint. Aroma is soft and actually a bit sourish-funky, some barnyard there which is very likeable. Flavour brings out some cherry tartness, more of that funk and light sweetness. Definitely not sugary but you can feel cherry flesh when drinking this.
