0,33l bottle at home from trade with Zakoon, big thanks. BB 10/2018. black color, small coffee-colored head. smells of coffee, coffee grounds, bitter herbal, light roast, some bitter chocolate, spices, peppery, nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of coffee, bitter chocolate, light earthy, spices, light bitter herbal, some licorice, light sweetness, hints of dark fruits, a bit acidic, very nice creamy mouthfeel. finishes lightly roasty with notes of coffee, bitter chocolate and some earthy notes. overall very nice, enjoyable even refreshing (at 30°C) beer. good complexity.

Bottle 330ml. [ As WestEnd Dark Soul ].Clear dark black brown color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, oat, coffee, storng coffee, espresso, black currant, earthy, coffee vegetables. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, roasted, oat, chocolate, coffee, coffee vegetables, earthy - tart notes. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20160502]

Bottle at Appellation Wines tasting. Dark brown body with a thin beige head. Aroma of intense espresso and fig. Flavour of brown sugar, prunes and nuts. Medium body with a creamy mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Very intense. Lots of coffee.

Bottle at appellation. Pours deep brown, nose is toffee, chocolate, soapy, coffee, taste is similar, sweet.

From tap. Pours hazy black with a small tan head. Aroma is coffee herbal and dark roasted. Bitter and coffee. Toasted and dark malty. Smooth roasted and lingering herbal coffee. Dry, roasted and malty finish.

Tasted from the tap on the 11/02/2016. Dark brown color with some beige creamy head. Aroma of roasted malts, coffee, liquorice and light vainilla. Taste is intense and dry coffee with notes of chocolate and caramel. Next one please!
