Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate yeasty, herbs - spices, saison yeast, light fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, pale malt - wheat, saison yeast, herbs - spicy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160422]

Botella 33 cl en el kraken el 13-09-2015. (r19) Color amarillento con espuma blanca. Aromas y sabores suaves con toques maltosos y cereales con tonos gaseosos citricos y ligeramente acidos. Suave y refrescante. Normal.

330ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with huge, firm, frothy, half-way lasting, white head. Fruity aroma has notes of mirabelle and apricot, a herbal, spicy, yeasty touch. Taste is peppery spicy, yeasty on slightly unspecific fruity, malty basis, some tartness, hints of mirabelle and apricot again; effervescent carbonation. Natural, slightly wild and dirty - nice.
