Cask, third pint. @Nottingham Beer Festival 2024, Nottingham (England). 12/10/2024 [#7.959 Global - #67 Wales - #2 Coles Family Brewery] Pours light chestnut with a small white head. Aroma: dried fruits, rich caramelly malts and toffee. Taste: sweet dreams malts, dried fruits and light smoke. Smoked malts aftertaste. Next one, please!

11/10/2024. Cask at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Pours clear amber brown with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is nutty, malty, lightly roasted, caramel, twig. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, slightly oily, average to soft carbonation. Quite decent.

Cask at the Nottingham BF. Amber colour with an off white head. Aroma and taste are caramel smoke and soapy floral. Light body.

Bottle from Iechyd Da, Caernarfon. Pours clear amber with a thick off-white head. Aromas of darker malts, toffee and demerara sugar. Taste is sweet, malt loaf, cooked raisins. Light chalky note. Sweet finish.

Cask (gravity) @ 31th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2014, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England [ As Coles Llanddarog ].Clear medium to dark brown amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light nutty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, dark malt, caramel, sweet malt, light nutty, light roasted - coffee. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141202]
