Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of citrus - and so is the flavor with a note of youghurt too.

Bügelverschlußflasche: Hazy, deep golden coloured, big fluffy, lacy off-white head; distinctive floral-hoppy nose with yeasty and honeyish influences and a skunky touch; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, fizzy MF; distinctive lingering floral hoppiness in the sweet-fruity, a bit yeasty finish. O.K., but not very well rounded........

(swing top bottle, courtesy of Papsoe) Hazy, murky orange colour with a big and quite persistent slightly off-white foamy head. Dusty, sweet malty and distinctively floral, honey-fruity nose with shy hoppy notes in the background. Light-sweet and slightly sourish flavour, medium bodied, soft on carbon. Yeasty, malt-accented taste, moderately fruity with a growing hops-character towards the dry and slightly bitter finish with a light floral and spicy touch. Interesting but not overly convincing (26.03.08).

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with an almost fully diminished white head. Grapefruity, mild malty and slight spiced aroma. Flavour is mild bitter with a solid spiced malt flavour. Finish holds a solid grapefruity flavoured bitterness. My name is on the bottle, I should rate this higher in appearance :). Note: amongst my most expensive beers ever...
