Talven Kaiku 2015 on Kymijoki Beer Festivalin virallinen talviolut. Tämän Talven Kaiku lipuu luoksesi synkkänä ja mustana, silti toivoa täynnä, kuin jouluinen yö. Pohjimmiltaan kauraisen pehmeä olut, joka kätkee sisäänsä paahteisia sävyjä. Joku saattaa löytää siitä kahvia, toinen tummaa suklaata ja kolmas on aivan hukassa näiden kaikkien tummien sävyjen äärellä. Me tiedämme vain, että talvi ei saapuisi, jos siinä ei olisi Kaikua.

Bottle 500ml. [ As Vakka-Suomen Talven Kaiku ].[ Courtesy of my EU Secret Winter Santa 2015 - rosenbergh ]. Clear dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, roasted, chocolate. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, chocolate, roasted, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, nuts, coffee and hops.

Bottle. Frothy off-white good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Clear dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt and chocolate. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. Watery. 220416

500ml bottle, thanks rosenbergh

Pours pitch black with a small white head. Aroma of roasty malts, chocolate, hints of coffee. Taste is smooth, slightly roasty and earthy with hints of chocolate and biscuity malts. Finish is sweetish, biscuity and slightly roasty with some hints of chocolate. Okay.
