On tap at the brewery. It pours a nice light gold color with a large frothy off white head. The aroma is strong with wheat, lighter melon notes, lemon and flowers. Some berry like fruit. The flavor has a lot of wheat malt and strong coconut. More than the aroma. Some melon and florals in the background and very light hints of tart fruitiness. The coconut kind of overwhelms the other flavors, but I don’t mind it. It finishes dry. Interesting stuff.
