On tap at the Trappist. It pours a nice lightly hazed golden yellow color with a white head. The aroma is peach, apricot, pine, vanilla. A little dank. The flavor is pretty funky with vanilla, oak, light notes of peach and pineapple. A little pine in the finish. Phenols from the Brett are a little noticeable in the finish, but not overpowering. Only lightly tart. Mostly funky and Saison-like. It has a very soft and surprisingly full mouthfeel. I liked this one.
