Bottled 330ml. -from Eataly Trieste, shared with hrabren. Dark golden coloured, medium sized off-white head, caramel and light oxidation in the nose. Caramel, notes of oxidation, light herbal and sweetish finish.

0.33 l bottle from Eataly Trieste shared with Ogi. Unclear amber, medium off-white head. Aroma is malts, ripe fruit, earthy and cardboard. Caramely, strawberry, perfumy, sweet. Some bitterness left. Light body, moderate carbonation. Finishes sweet.

[ As Birrificio Milano Vola Basso ].Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, dried fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, dried fruit, caramel, sweet malt, pale malt, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160205]

Keg at Birreria Heritage Artigianale, Warsaw, Poland. Clear orange/brown, small head. Fruity, toasty nose with some citrus and grass. Mid sweet with light-medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Spicy hay, a touch of caramel. Mid bitter spicy finish. Elegant.

On tap @ Eatmarket, Milano. L’intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è discreta. La schiuma a bollicine medie è compatta con un bel pizzo finale. La frizzantezza di bollicine fini ha una carbonazione vivace e persistente. Il colore è ambrato carico. Il corpo è strutturato, con un amaro deciso. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è godereccio. Decisamente una birra buona. Il finale è amarognolo, lungo e pulito. Il retrogusto è intenso. L’aroma rimanda alle erbe, alla frutta secca, alla frutta fresca, al caramello e agli agrumi.

33 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden amber with a small, creamy and white head. Aroma is pine and light grapefruity. Crisp hoppy. Solid malt base. Toasted. Bitter and lingering fruity finish.

Amber good head fruity note citrus hoppy note good bitterness Bel ambrato quasi limpida buona schiuma buona persistenza noso un po fruttato note agrumate buona luppolatura caramello buon amaro piuttosto gasata secchezza media stanca un po nel finale
