On tap at the brewery. It pours a semi clear yellow color with a white head. The aroma is berry-like with some lemony acidity, Orangina and wheat. The flavor is mildly tart and a little oily with some sweet lemony fruit roll-ups and a decent amount of wheat malt. Very mild salt and pepper in the finish. Not really all that much Saison character here.
