On tap at the brewery. It pours a clear light golden color with a white head. The aroma is minty with some sage and black pepper. The flavor is a bit subdued with the spices compared to the aroma, thankfully. There’s some apple and pear esters to go along with light notes of sage and pepper. Good body and mouthfeel for the style. I’m not picking up the agave much. The bitterness is kept low and doesn’t compete with the spice and yeast character. Overall, a pretty well executed adjunct Saison.

Pours yellowish orange with a smooth head. Aroma of fruits, spices, grass and citrus. Taste is sweetish, fruity and juicy with hints of spices, grass and lemon. Finish is smooth, sweetish and citrusy with some spicy notes. Okay.
