On draft at Hog’s Apothecary. It pours a clear light pink color with an off white/pinkish head. The aroma is balanced nicely between baked bread, bread crust and cranberries. Authentic fruit character. The flavor is the same. Very bready and dry with some crusts along with nice supporting cranberry notes. I’m not picking up much Brett or spice. Only mildly tart seemingly because of the cranberries. Pleasant stuff.
