This West Coast IPA uses a melange of American hops (Centenial, Simcoe, Citra and Chinook) and a dash of New Zealand Nelson Sauvin in the dry hop for a an intense hope experience. Like our other IPAs, bitterness is not the focus. Instead, we brew a beer with a dry and juicy impression by harnessing the Jon bitter hop oils. Enjoy!

On tap at the source. It pours a very clear light golden color with a white head. The aroma has some potent grapefruit and peach along with some medium to strong nutty, lightly cookie-like maltiness. More malty than most of their hoppy beers. It has a dank, spicy grassy bitterness in the finish that avoids any astringency. Maybe because of the fuller malt character. Another good one.
