Keg at Beer Geek, Praha, 12/07/17. Clear golden copper with a decent off white head. Nose is bready, straw, grains, light citric peel. Taste comprises bread dough, toasted grains, grass, light herb, straw, mellow citric notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok.

Tap at the Craft House, Prague. Poured a clear straw colour with a thin broken white head and a little broken lace. The aroma is light pale malt, buttery yeast. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet with a light crisp watery grassy weedy hop bitter, light fruit palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle 750ml. w. swing top. [ As Hendrych H11 ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, butter, butterscotch. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration,pale malt, butter, grass notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160422]

On tap at BeerGeek in Prague-CZ with Mowbeer. Pours a semi-clear golden bright color, incredible white foam with lacing. Nice. Nose: biscuity, a bit of caramel, floral mild background. Mouth: fresh mild cookies notes, watery with a decent peppery finish.

Bottle. Aroma vanilla, honeyish, some diacetyl. Hazy golden colour. Taste has moderate diacetyl, moderate to light high bitterness which however seems rough, sharp. Also slightly too much carbonation. Herbal grassy hops character. Some work needs to be done. Looking forward to tap version.
