Hey, almost maybe just in time for the weekend! New beer delivery Friday! Not only that, my return to foraged beers!🌲🎄🌲🎄🌲Found Object 1, an oat beer with mixed culture and pine, 4.2%. This oat-based beer was brewed in mid-February with pine needles I picked snowshoeing near the brewery. After chilling in the coolship overnight it was fermented with mixed culture and racked to a puncheon for four months before being racked onto fresh pine tips this spring. 🍺Part of my inspiration for perusing pine beer is my interest in aromatized wines, like retsina. While this doesn’t go that far, it is a tart, beautiful golden table beer with a nice soft wood and lemon-ginger lift. I hope you enjoy! ART WORK by my friend @paramedcomics go check his art out.
