Our other offering is 'Insights; Yarrow', which also has a mushroom tangent. The base beer was a brewed with Chaga then moved onto a large quantity of fresh yarrow. The result is an intense botanical explosion, similar to how I described the Thyme beer last month, exhilarating. It is bright and beautiful and definitely not a minor or more background note
