[ As Worcester Sabrinas Dark Ruby Ale ].Clear dark brown color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, roasted, tobacco, plum. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, sugry, dark malt, plum - tobacco. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20160219]

Cask at the 2016 National Winter Ales Festival, The Roundhouse, Derby. Mahogany coloured pour with an off-white head. Toffee apple and orchard fruit aroma. Orchard fruit and caramel flavour. Nice.

GraviCask, kindly shared by fonefan at The National Winter Ales Festival. Copper coloured body. Dotted spots, minimal head. Lightly roasted malty nose, hints of dried fruits. Blended taste of leafy hops and brown malts. Bittersweet ending. Fine bodied. Pleasant (Derby 19.02.2016).
