Is this cowboy times? Deploy Anti-Cowboy Measures was step mashed with an all Bohemian floor-malted Pilsner malt bill and hopped with Czech Saaz for a super clean, crispy, bready flavor and a light grassy & honey aroma.

This beautifully simple Czech Lager is incredibly delicious, hella crushable, and awfully useful for keeping bad cowboys away.

Pint can from Ridgeview Liquor, 3/16/25. Slightly hazy gold, large white head, average retention. Aroma of bready, doughy, nutty malts, Noble hops. Taste is spicy, Noble hops, bready malt. Well balanced, lingering bitterness. Nice pilsner.

Aromas are bread, crackers, dried grain and a little bit of hops. Flavors are similar to nose, bittersweet with good body and carbonation for the style. Nice drinking beer. Could easily have another.

Pours a clear, pale gold, with smallish head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is grain, cereal, bread, pine, grass. Flavors follow. Clean, crisp mouthfeel. From Haskell's in Maple Grove
