"Notre bière des Fêtes est une hybride entre une triple à 9% et un vin blanc chaud concocté et épicé par nos soins.
Le résultat est une bière chaleureuse aux arômes typiques, d'orange, de vin et d'épices des Fêtes de fin d'année."

Hazy amber pour with a thin white head. Aromas of wheat, grape/white whine, orange peel, cinammon, some more spices. Taste is orange/orange peel, spices, white wine - slightly boozy finish. Nice, but somehow, the taste does not gel that well.

Small white surface over hazy orange-golden beer, lively carbonated. Spicey, woody, spices, almost soapy aroma; oranges. Orange/orangezeste again, the spice/herb jumble. As to which herbs/spices I've got not idea - rosemary? coriander? Moreover, it is nowhere vinous, and the alcohol remains pretty hidden. Slick, medium to good carbonation, seems pretty well-attenuated. A bit overperfumed, and frankly rather disappointing, seen the fact that the data sounded rather promising. Txs to Stef!

Hazy blond colour, white foam disappears quickly. Vinous nose, some fruitiness, light floral and citrussy with some hoppy bitterness in the finish.
