Het derde bier dat wordt toegevoegd aan de FLOEM core range! FERME SNAAK is een American Wheat Ale gemaakt met mango en passievrucht die zeer gemakkelijk in de omgang is. Een zacht en subtiele moutbasis samen met de citrus achtige hopsoorten en het toegevoegde fruit maakt FERME SNAAK verfrissend en een heerlijk tarwebier die het hele jaar door gedronken kan worden. De mango en passievrucht geeft uiteraard een extra fruitige smaak!

Can shared with the chefs, Advent Box nr 2. Light mango in upfront, citrus zest-calamansi like passionfruit in the finish, very little beer character, some sweetness, some acidity. Tryhard crowdpleaser, but I’m not mad at it.

0,33 l can from Slijterij Wijnalda, Haren. BB 01/25. Cloudy juicy yellow in the glass, not really a golden one. Small fast fading head. Dry tropical grape and yeast aroma. Taste starts intensive yeasty, followed by citrus sweetness and some grape. Crisp sweetness in the aftertaste. Below average carbonated.

Can 33 cl. Pours a dull, slightly hazy, grayish golden with no head. Somewhat fruity nose. Medium body, low carbonation, mainly dry and slightly tart with a hint of mango. No bitterness. 120123
