Aroma has an initial citrussy hoppy impression, followed by quite a bit of straw and hay. dry almost nutty non-sweet malty note. home-brew like flowery honey like note. Flavor is grassy, somewhat hoppy but balanced, sweet malty to ordinary malty. enough flavor that the alc. works well and does not show itself, overall a very tasty and balanced ipa, not agressively us west coast style, rather along the lines of a hoppy belgian blonde, but without the belgian yeast. Has aged quite well, hops are a bit old and dusty, but far from gone. I think this is one of my first from this brewery, but I look forward to more. this is sort of traditional danish craft beer, i kind of miss that kind of beer sometimes.
