This organic Classic is a golden, sparkling beer with a subdued bitterness.
Skands Classic is a new interpretation of the classic Viennese and Bavarian beers. The use of Vienna malt, Munich malt and caramel malt gives the beer a lovely dark golden colour and a rich aroma. The Caaz hops contribute to a medium bitterness.
Classic has a beautiful dark golden colour and is “bright-filtered”, i.e. crystal clear as a Classic beer should be.

25cl bottle from taster box from nemlig.com clear brown, small light brown head. aroma is somewhat heavy on butter, also dark dried fruits, malts. a buttery classic aroma. flavor is butter, faint malts, faint flowery or citrussy hops, alc. bitterness ending, a somewhat boring classic, i much prefer royal (non ecological) classic or jakobsen viva classic. tastes a little bit (the herbal notes and the butter) as something did not go entirely well.
