Our third beer from BillBrew in Hamburg, established in 2023. One of our three core range beers. The beer was brewed in Jan 24 in our brewery in Hamburg-Billwerder with the recipe of Hamburgs famous homebrewer Bernd „Hopload“ S. A modern, crisp Helles with portions of Vienna malt and noble hops from Hallertau and Tettnang. In German: unser drittes Bier, welches ebenfalls zu unserem Stammportfolio gehören soll. Mit einer ordentlichen Portion Wiener Malz und den Hopfensorten Hallertauer Mittelfrüh und Tettnanger schmeckt es würzig im Antrunk und im Abgang erhellend frisch.

0,5 l bottle. BB 06.06.2025. Slightly cloudy and fat golden in the glass, one finger white foamy head. Caramel and soft grainy aroma. Taste is smooth grainy with caramel. Cereales sweetness, present bitterness. Little bit straw and citrus in the second part. Long lasting dry grainy aftertaste. Above average carbonated. Nice one.

Hazy golden colour, white foam. Malty, bready with lots of grassy hoppiness. Sweet and bitter. Very complex Kellerbier. Great!
