Spey Stout’s rum-soaked maritime cousin, on shore leave for winter! The same, great, award-winning beer, with added oranges, satsumas, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, and rum-soaked vanilla pods to warm the cockles of your heart in winter.
Formerly known as Spiced Oot, this beer has developed over the years from a spiced stout to a more balanced, warming chocolate orange stout that gets rave reviews from everyone who tries it!
Malts: Maris otter, Wheat, Crystal, Chocolate.
Hops: Northern Brewer, Lubelski.

Keg at North Hop, Aberdeen. Dark brown body with a thin beige head that fades. No lacing. Aroma of milk chocolate, roasted malt and light spices. Flavour of orange, nuts and warming spices. Thin to medium body with a creamy texture. Soft fizz. A tasty beer - complex and well balanced.
