Light hazy apple juice colour. Fruity and sweet apples, also dry with some apple skin. Not very complex but great thirst squencher.

Bottle. Clear deep golden. Dry and leathery, fresh cut wood, a hint of mushroom, earthy dry apple peel. Solid dry, not very fruity or complex though, a bit more bitter than usual. OK but not great.
