“Soundcheck” is a New Zealand style pale ale with soft and complex tropical fruit aromas and flavours from Nelson Sauvin and rising new Kiwi hop star Superdelic™.

All backed up with a touch of grapefruit bitterness on the finish from USA sourced Cascade.

Gravity cask at the 33rd Ealing Beer Festival, 12/07/24. Clear golden blonde topped with a white cap. Nose is mellow citric flesh, grass, melon, faint lime, orange zest. Taste comprises melon, orange peel, hint of lemon, grass, soft malts, papaya. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close spliced with balanced juicy hop bitterness. Decent cask pale.

12/7/2024. Cask at the 33rd Ealing Beer Festival. Pours clear very pale gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is citrus, lemon, grapefruit, tropical fruits, gooseberry, passionfruit. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, oily watery, soft carbonation. Nice bitterness to finish. Decent.
