We brewed PALE ALE with our friend “NOVORU BREWING” in Miyazaki, focusing on the aroma and mouthfeel of hops! The use of wheat gives it a mild mouthfeel, while the MOSAIC and EL DORADO give it a gorgeous, hoppy, refreshing taste! HOPPY PALE ALE “WATARU” FEELS I'M GOIN' CRAZY...NA!

27/10/2024. Self tap pour at Craft Beer Club CONTINUE?, Hakata Station. Pours slightly hazy pale orange gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is orange, stone fruits, herbs, grass, husky edge. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Average carbonation. Finish is very dry. Good.
