On the chalk board under *NEW* with no info available from Sunday staff about the abv “between 4% and 8%” was their best guess and it’s not yet on UT to check. Pours clear dark mahogany brown with a small lasting frothy beige head. Aroma is Arabica bean, coffee, roasted malt, toffee, slightly nutty, chocolate, vanilla, pepper, cinnamon, hint of butterscotch. Moderate sweetness, medium roasted bitterness. Very slight tart edge. Medium to full body, quite smooth, average carbonation. Well done.
