Keg at the Bear, Paddington, 09/05/2025.
Moderately hazed golden yellow topped with an off white head.
Nose is mixed tropical fruits, pineapple, melon, papaya, grapefruit.
Taste comprises mandarin, grapefruit, papaya, guava, soft malts, pine resin.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness allied to a mellow rising boost.
Tidy easy drinking TIPA.

Достойная тройная ипа, именно классическая а не NE. Есть сладость умеренная, что то типо груши, сладость умеренная с алкоголем. В целом интересно на раз.

Keg at Craft Beer Co Covent Garden. Aroma has light fruit and grains. Unattractive clear dull gold. Virtually no head. Medium-heavy bitter. Booze. Watered down resin. Underlying syrupy sweetness. Gains sugariness. Thick. Oily. Kinda syrupy in texture. Sour to flat carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. So a 10% Cold IPA? Like a less industry extra strong lager, I guess. Has a boozy kick but and pleasing mouthfeel but essentially overpriced tramp juice.

20/9/2024. Draft at the Bury St Edmunds Craft Beer Festival. Pours hazy amber orange with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is dank, tropical, citrus, musty orange, biscuit, malt, pine. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Quite full bodied, very smooth, soft carbonation. Very good.
