[ As Phipps NBC Snowplough ].Clear medium amber orange color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, fruity, fruity - plum. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt, fruity malt, fruity, vanilla ! fruity - plums. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20160219]

GraviCask, shared with Finn at Camra’s National Winter Ales Festival. Shiny gold-brown body. Spotty lacing. Aroma of brown malts and grassy hops. Caramel malty flavours together with oily hops. Ends up with a nice bitter tail. Fine version of a classic Brit bitter (Derby 19.02.2016).

Fra cask/gravity på NWAF i Derby 19 Feb 16. Delt med Rune. Mørk varm gyldengul. Filmskum. Lett søt plommearoma. Smaken balansert. Mandler. Tørr etter hvert.
