Cask at the Dove, Ipswich. Pours amber with a small white head. Aroma of malt, hop, citrus, caramel. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Light to medium body and slight sticky texture, carbonation is soft to average.

[ As Mauldons Mid Winter Gold ].Clear medium amber orange color with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, sweet malt, pale malt, nutty notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, caramel, bread, fruity malt.
