Kveik yeast is almost as magical as winter itself. Traditionally harvested on wooden rings hanging outside Norwegian farmhouse breweries, it has regained popularity over the last years because of its fenomenal fermenting capabilities and awesome aromas of tropical fruits with a hint of spice and funk. We've combined it with huge amounts of oats, and topped it off with zesty tangerine and cinnamon.
