Tap at Hollywood Gardens. Has just a hint of strawberry color in it, but you have to look for it. Taste is initially mild. Friendly as a matter of fact. No detectable negative bitterness in this one, just smooth easy beer, I like it. In the middle I finally get a smooth ghost of strawberry lurking in there someplace. Yes, this stuff is really more like a witbier, so civilized and balanced. Never does the strawberry become forward. Nice job Butler. Will drink another.
