If we say so ourselves, our Carlisle Nut Brown ale is quite simply awesome. We’ve combined 4 different malts to create a full-flavoured, rounded, nutty taste with the hops adding to the overall fruitiness. It’s the colour of autumn chestnuts. It builds up a warm with a sweet nutty flavour, and the hops linger in your mouth. What more could you want?

Gravicask shared with Finn at Camra’s National Winter Ales Festival. Clear Amber-brown body. Poor lacing, no head. Nutty nose with earthy malts. Nutty brown flavours, caramel and almond. Fine bodied. Decent version of the style, not too sweet (Derby 17.02.2016)
