Bottle from vintage. Pour is dark like cola or root beer. Does not appear viscous. Smell is chocolate something. Taste is darker stout with burnt chocolate and perhaps some mint. Not overly minty. Does have a unique civility about it. Better than expected. Tolerable for a mint beer. Decent carbonation as well. Low alky does it well.

Sampled on draft at Tapped this beer poured a black color with a medium sized foamy tan head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was mint chocolate cookies. The flavor was mint chocolate cookies, then turns dry, roasty and bitter. Very long finish with lingering mint. Moderately full bodied.
