Our holiday seasonal is a big, sweet, spiced ale with a pleasant spicy flavour and aroma that is at once present but not overwhelming. The deep copper hue and fluffy white head is perfectly presented garnished with a spring of freshly cut rosemary, which imbues the nose with a fleeting whiff of pine before the richness of the beer reaches your palate.

Well, either this is pretty old or its really new, heheheh. Looks like 10/18 on the date code. Must have forgot about it in the back of the fridge. Got it from chalet premier, nice place. Taste is big hearted holiday beer, all the right spices and such. Darker, yet still pretty clear. Not brown, just darker amber. Terribly on style for this kind of beer, just never really taken a liken to them. Almost has a medicinal feel to it near the end. Warming sensations down the throat and into the gullet.

Sample from cask at the taproom. The beer pours a dark amber color with a medium off-white head that dissipates gradually to a film. Small patches of lacing. Aroma of malt, spices and fruit. Medium body with flavors of roast malt, spruce and spice. The finish is sweet with a short malty aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.
