On cask at Watermill Inn, Ings - Surprising this one, given the crappy name (Shih Tzu Faced). Clear golden, deep thick white head. Nose is a cracker, full of sweet tropical citrus, and loads of sweet brown sugar. Taste is helped along by a nice syrupy mouthfeel, plenty of sweetness, boozy warmth and a tang that just lasts and last. Best of the day!
