Tap at gibsonia brewpub. Looks nice and clear and dark reddish. Smell is fabulous mild sweet perfume. Compared to the smell, taste is almost shockingly tart. No real hint of the double barrel aging in this one, it's too civilized! Hides alky well, you'd never know this was near 9%! Goes down way too easy and leaves a pleasant mildly tart finish. Man, I got to have another of these! This beer ROCKS! Its a fine example of sour american lambic!
