Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, burnt - caramelized malt bitter, sweet malt, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20160204]

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, deep amber colour with huge, frothy, fairly lasting and lacing off-white head. Piney, slightly resinous and citrusy hoppy aroma, notes of orange and mandarine, a touch of passion fruit, pine, spruce. Taste is piney hoppy, mild bitterness, some citrus and tropical fruit, hints of orange, passion fruit, a resinous touch, minimally sweet caramel malty basis; cumulating bitterness in the minimally chalky and mineral, piney finish, super soft palate. An Amber Ale of distinguished quality.

33cl bottle. Pours almost clear dark amber colour with a huge most good lasting beige head. Aroma of intense bitter hops, spruce, red malt. Taste of intense bitter hops, spruce, citrus, nuts, red malt, good stuff!

Keg at Hoppiness, Warsaw. Almost clear copper/amber, small head. Aroma of pineapple with notes of nail polish. Mid dry with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and somewhat caramelly. Grainy with some citrus and pineapple. White pepper and resin dominate the finish.

Butelka 330ml (29.02.2016). Piwo delikatnie mgliste o głębokiej, ciemno bursztynowej barwie. Piana koloru ecru, jest bardzo drobna o kremowej konsystencji, całkiem trwała i delikatnie zdobi szkło. W aromacie, który może nie jest zbyt intensywny, pojawiają się bardzo przyjemne, słodkie nuty owoców egzotycznych. Aromat nie zapowiadał takiego powera jak dostajemy w smaku. Piwo jest wytrawne z potężną dawką goryczki, cytrusowo-ziołowej, która przyjemnie odkłada się na podniebieniu ale nie jest przez to jakaś męcząca a wyraźny efekt ściągania agresywnie pobudza ślinianki do pracy, aż chce się wziąć kolejny łyk. Dobre piwo, na pewno świetnie gasi pragnienie w gorący, letni dzień ale nawet w zimie pije sie je z przyjemnością choć mega goryczka nie podnosi pijalności piwa. Goryczka, trochę ciężka w tym piwie, swoją agresywnością przypomina tą w Sharku z tym, że tamta była mega lżejsza. W wersji 2016 nie jest to już galaxy signle hop i choć nie piłem poprzednich wersji to mam nadzieję, że tylko zyskało na tej zmianie.
