A blend of 33-month-old barrel-aged English Barleywine. After resting in Buffalo Trace, Heaven Hill, and Willett Rye barrels, we added roasted golden figs and Ecuadorian vanilla caviar. These additions unlocked lively fruity tones and deep vanilla layers within an already complex ale.

Pours a dark, caramel-brown, verging on black, with minimal head. Aroma is full of booze, with dark fruit, chocolate, caramel, coffee, and a hint of wood. Flavors follow. Very, very sweet (almost sickly sweet). Sticky, smooth mouthfeel. The high ABV is very noticeable in both aroma and flavor. Part of a special four-pack with 2 barleywines and 2 stouts.
