Taster at Liquor Express. Pours a clear, golden color, with a small, off-white head. The aroma is coriander, sweet potato, brown sugar, juniper tips, and chalk. Sweet and malty, with a mellow, earthy bitterness. Medium body, sticky, and grainy. Interesting and fair.

On tap at the brewery. Pours copper. Clove, marshmallow, cinnamon, heady clove, little earthy, little vanilla, quite sweet. Medium body. Fine.
