10/20/22 bottle. Pours a hazy yellow gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is funky, cheese, pear skin, mineral, wood. Slick body, pear, lemon, funk, oak, nice tartness, enjoyed this.

Taster at the tap room. Pours a bright, hazyish, yellow color, with a small, white head. The aroma is beautiful pear, lemon juice, light cinnamon, and pine resin. Sweet and fruity, with a crisp, lovely sourness. Light, crisp, and acidic. Beautiful, easy sour.
