Inspired by the hop-forward Czech lager, OSB's pilsner is crisp & clean with moderate bitterness, light floral/citrus notes and a dry finish. Perfect for any time of day (or night).

On tap at the brewery. Pours gold. Floral, peach, lemon, biscuit, rosemary. Medium body. Fine.

16 oz. can, pours a clear pale yellow blonde with a small white head. Aroma is fairly bland, with straw, crisp crackery malt, and gentle grassy hops. Flavour is more lightly hopped than I'd want, but has a very crisp grassy hop bite and crisp crackery malt character. Crisp, clean and drinkable, but has a fair way to go to be a legit Czech pils. Solid but underwhelming.
